To find an address on an a WCR the address MUST have five digits. If it does not have five then add leading zeros.
Example: 12326 WCR #18
Multiply the first two digits (in this case 12) by 2 and add 1
(12x2)+1 = 25 Which is the number of the crossing WCR.
The third digit tells you the number of 10ths of a mile from the crossing road (in this case 3).
Thus 12326 WCR #18 is on the North side of WCR #18 3/10 mile East of WCR #25
Example: 8246 WCR #13
Multiply the first two digits (in this case 08) by 2 and add 2
(08x2)+2 = 18 Which is the number of the crossing WCR.
The third digit tells you the number of 10ths of a mile from the crossing road (in this case 2).
Thus 8246 WCR #13 is on the East side of WCR #13 2/10 mile North WCR #18
